Auction Payment Due Date:    27/11/2024 at 4pm - FAILURE TO PAY BY THIS TIME WILL RESULT IN SMALL CLAIMS ACTION BEING TAKEN. WE WILL ADD ON COSTS OF REMOVAL, STORAGE AND COURT FEES ALONG WITH THE INVOICE VALUE.  

Deadline for delivery or collection:  02/12/2024 & 03/12/2024 BETWEEN 8AM AND 4PM ONLY. ANY GOODS LEFT AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE DEAMED AS FORFEITED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF ACCORDINGLY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. SOME ITEMS MUST BE DISCONNECTED, A RAMS MAY BE REQUIRED. SHOULD ANY DAMAGE BE CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY OR OTHER LOTS, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

Payments for invoices to be made by bank transfer (the details will be at the bottom of your winner’s notification) or on the phone via debit card only. We do not accept cash or credit cards.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email and instructions to arrange delivery or collection. This can take up to 24 hours from your payment. Please do not call for a delivery quote or to arrange collection if the invoice is not paid.

Collection Information:

• Collection by appointment only (book via phone or email)
• All invoices to be paid prior to booking an appointment.

• DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SALE. IF THAT IS AN ISSUE PLEASE DO NOT BID.
